5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Key Wellness LLC is no longer responsible for loss or damage during transit.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened products may be returned within 30 days.
• Opened herbal consumables cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
• One-of-one thrifted vessels and ceramics are final sale.
• Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced if reported within 7 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, photography, logos, copy, and digital content belonging to ALT, SHIFT, ESC, RESET, and Key Wellness LLC are protected intellectual property.
