All ALT orders ship within 2–4 business days from Seattle.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
We use minimal, eco-aligned packaging to reduce waste and protect your items in transit.
International shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.
Shipping times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
Returns
Return Cost
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If that happens, we’ll make it right.
30 Days to Return
We want you to love your ALT experience. If something feels off, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Because ALT is a consumable product, opened food items cannot be returned but we are committed to finding a resolution that supports you.
Returns and Exchanges
• Unopened ALT products may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
• Thrifted vessels and one-of-one ceramics are final sale.
• If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos so we can replace it quickly.
