RESET is a ritual-based hair and healing studio rooted in presence, regulation, and intentional care. Each session is designed to support not only the hair, but the nervous system, emotional body, and energetic state of the client.

Rituals are woven intuitively throughout appointments to meet the client where they are—supporting release, clarity, and reconnection in real time. These offerings are not standalone services; they arise naturally based on the needs of the moment.

Ritual elements may include:
• Grounded arrival and intention setting
• Aromatherapy shampoo experience
• Eye covers and weighted heat support for nervous system regulation
• Detox foot patches applied at the beginning of the session
• Steam and herbal infusions aligned with the current moon cycle
• An integration pause before departure

Each ritual is unhurried and thoughtfully held, allowing space for emotional, physical, and energetic release.

RESET operates as a referral-only, gated studio.

• Each existing client may refer one new client per month
• Referrals are energetically vetted and encouraged to be offered as a gifted experience
• Booking access is granted via a private link or booking code

This structure is designed to protect the integrity of the space—for you and for the community—so care and connection extend beyond the chair.

• RESET reserves the right to pause or revoke booking access at any time to maintain alignment and uphold the experience

New Clients

All new clients begin with a Therapy Session prior to booking services.

This session is used to:
• Ground and set intention
• Assess hair, lifestyle, and energetic needs
• Determine service alignment and appropriate modalities

Service recommendations and pricing are confirmed during the Therapy Session
(formerly known as consultations)

Returning Clients

Returning clients may be asked to complete a Therapy Session before their appointment.

These sessions serve as a grounding check-in to reconnect, reassess, and establish the energetic focus of the current visit—especially before transformative services or seasonal shifts.

Pricing adjustments, if any, are reviewed during this session.

RESET is a private studio rooted in presence, respect, and intentional care. The following policies exist to protect the integrity of the work, the space, and all clients.

Studio Environment

• No photography or video is permitted in the studio, except by Erica for brand documentation.

• No guests are allowed during sessions. This space is reserved solely for the client receiving care.

• RESET maintains a phone-less environment. Clients are asked to silence and put away phones during sessions to support presence and nervous system regulation.

Appointments & Scheduling

• Deposits are required to secure all appointments.

• Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Deposits may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed appointments or Cancellation outside of 48hr may result in forfeiture of the deposit and may limit future booking access.

Service Boundaries

• RESET reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, without refund, if boundaries, safety, respect, or energetic alignment are compromised.

• RESET services are intentional and not rushed. Requests that fall outside the scope of the studio’s philosophy may be declined.

Final Note

RESET is not designed for urgency, volume, or transactional expectations.
This space exists for clients who value presence, respect, and intentional care.
